    2. Questionnaire Processing

    🔒 Local calculation and transmission for the report: The scores of the self-assessment questionnaires (STOP-BANG, Epworth, etc.) are calculated on your device (web browser). When you access the results page, your responses are transmitted in encrypted form to our Biomedical Analysis Engine (servers in the EU) for the sole purpose of generating your report and personalized recommendations.

    This means that:

    • Risk score calculation runs locally in your browser.
    • When you view your results, your responses are sent encrypted (TLS) to our analysis engine to prepare the report. They are processed in accordance with this policy, are not used for advertising purposes, and are kept only as long as necessary for this purpose.
    • The PDF report is generated entirely in your browser memory.
    • When you close the tab, the questionnaire data is automatically deleted from your device.

    3. Special Category Data (Health Data)

    This platform processes health data (art. 9 GDPR) such as sleep metrics or BMI.

    Processing is carried out under the legal basis of explicit consent (art. 9.2.a GDPR), which you provide by checking the acceptance box before viewing your results or by voluntarily interacting with the Virtual Assistant.

    4. Virtual Assistant and AI Technologies

    To provide the interactive chat service ("Virtual Assistant"), the platform uses advanced Artificial Intelligence technology and synthetic avatars.

    Processing:

    When you send a question to the chat, your query text is processed by top-tier AI technology providers solely to generate the response.

    Non-persistent data:

    Conversations are not linked to your real identity (name/email) unless you voluntarily provide them in the chat.

    ⚠️ Warning: It is recommended not to enter sensitive personal data (ID number, full surnames, exact address) in the conversation with the assistant.

    5. Your Rights (GDPR)

    You have the right to Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction and Portability.

    For tests:

    Since we do not store this data, the right to erasure is automatically exercised when you close the browser.
