- Informational Purpose: This assessment is a statistical tool based on standard questionnaires. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS.
- No Substitution: The results obtained should NEVER replace clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment prescribed by a specialist physician.
- Disclaimer: Dr. Iván Méndez-Benegassi Silva and the development team are not responsible for health decisions you make based solely on this self-assessment without professional supervision.
2. Privacy and Data Treatment (GDPR)
🔒 In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679:
- Secure Local Processing: The processing of your responses and algorithmic risk calculation run locally on your device, ensuring maximum privacy during the assessment.
- Service Management: Only when proceeding to book an appointment, the strictly necessary data (contact and payment) will be transmitted encrypted (SSL) to our secure providers to formalize the service.
- No Response Storage: We do not keep a persistent record of your questionnaire responses once the website is closed, unless you choose to voluntarily send them to the doctor.
3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The entirety of this website (text, images, trademarks, graphics, logos, buttons, software files, color combinations, as well as the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its contents and the logic of the medical evaluation algorithm) is protected by Intellectual and Industrial Property laws.
The following is expressly prohibited:
- The reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the prior written authorization of the owner.
- The use of "scraping" techniques, robots or data mining to extract content or replicate the functionality of the evaluation test.
The owner will exercise all civil or criminal actions available in case of infringement of these rights.
4. User Declaration
By checking the acceptance box, you declare that:
- You are over 18 years old.
- You respond truthfully and voluntarily.
- You understand that in case of severe symptoms (choking, chest pain), you will go to the emergency room or your doctor immediately.
